  • Schedule: Full-time, in-person, with occasional evenings/weekends as needed
About the Role:
A prominent ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family based in Greenwich, CT is seeking a highly experienced and polished Executive Personal Assistant to support the principal and their family office with a wide range of personal, executive, and household-related tasks. This is a fast-paced, high-touch role requiring impeccable attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex and dynamic calendars for both personal and professional matters; schedule appointments, meetings, and events seamlessly
  • Travel Coordination: Research, plan, and book extensive domestic and international travel (commercial and private), including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary creation
  • Household & Vendor Management: Liaise with household staff, vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations and maintenance of multiple properties
  • Errands & Personal Tasks: Handle personal shopping, errands, gift sourcing, and special requests
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating private events, dinners, and gatherings
  • Correspondence & Communication: Draft emails, manage calls and messages, and serve as gatekeeper to the principal when needed
  • Family Support: Provide support with school, medical, and extracurricular logistics for children as needed
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate needs, find creative solutions, and handle challenges calmly and efficiently
  • Administrative Duties: File organization, digital document management, expense reports, and occasional light bookkeeping support
Ideal Candidate:
  • Has 5–10+ years of experience supporting a high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individual/family
  • Exceptionally proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a highly confidential, discreet, and professional environment
  • Able to adapt and react quickly to shifting needs and schedules
  • Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, travel booking platforms, etc.)
  • Emotionally intelligent, intuitive, and self-sufficient
  • Comfortable with occasional travel, evening, or weekend availability as needed
  • Strong knowledge of Greenwich, NYC, and global travel logistics is a plus
