About The Role

A private UHNW principal is seeking an exceptional Director of Hospitality to oversee their operational, service, and hospitality standards.

  • Location: Fort Lee, New Jersey with International + Domestic Travel
  • Schedule: Full-time with significant flexibility required; Heavy travel expected
  • Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience
The ideal candidate has deep experience managing luxury properties, private service teams, and complex travel logistics, and brings absolute integrity, discretion, and judgment to every aspect of the role.
This position requires a hands-on leader who leads by example, travels extensively, and serves as a trusted extension of the principal.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee all residential properties, ensuring consistent hospitality, service, and operational standards
  • Lead and coordinate household staff, vendors, and external service providers across multiple locations
  • Personally oversee property readiness, guest experience, and service execution
  • Travel extensively with the principal to support residences, hotels, yachts, and temporary accommodations
  • Manage high-level logistics including travel coordination, packing, unpacking, and on-site execution
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues in real time, globally
  • Maintain oversight of property maintenance, repairs, capital projects, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure homes are always guest-ready and operating at the highest standard
  • Handle hands-on tasks as needed, regardless of scope or scale
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all property and hospitality matters
  • Protect the principal's privacy with absolute discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
  • Native-level Russian fluency required 
  • Strong English communication skills required 
  • Extensive experience in UHNW private households, luxury hospitality, or estate operations
  • Proven leadership overseeing multiple properties and teams - Willingness and desire to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally
  • Calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented under pressure
  • Exceptional organizational and operational judgment
  • No task too big or too small mentality
  • Valid passport with unrestricted international travel capability
  • Authorized to work legally in the United States
  • Verifiable references from senior private employers required
  • Experience supporting culturally observant or traditional households is a plus
