About The Role

An UHNW Client is seeking an experienced Private Service Director to lead all service standards, interior presentation, and guest experiences.

  • Location: Primarily Manhattan & Greenwich, CT, with travel
  • Salary: $130,000-$160,000, commensurate with experience
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a polished professional who understands elite service, refined interiors, and the operational rhythm of UHNW living.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and uphold white-glove service standards for the principal and guests
- Oversee the presentation, readiness, and atmosphere of all residences
- Maintain exceptional standards across interiors, furnishings, finishes, art, and materials
- Prepare homes for arrivals, departures, guests, and special occasions
- Provide refined, discreet service support as needed, including hosting and dining assistance
- Support domestic and international travel, including packing, unpacking, wardrobe care, and on-site assistance
- Oversee wardrobe organization, garment care, steaming, and personal effects
- Coordinate closely with personal assistants, housekeepers, vendors, and security teams
- Lead small-scale entertaining, table settings, and hospitality execution
- Manage household inventories, specialty sourcing, and service supplies
- Troubleshoot calmly and proactively in high-expectation environments
- Uphold strict confidentiality, discretion, and professional boundaries at all times

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in private service, UHNW households, luxury hospitality, or yachting
- Strong background in Butler-level service, etiquette, and guest experience
- Proven leadership in high-end residential or hospitality environments
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Calm, solutions-oriented, and emotionally mature
- Comfortable being hands-on while operating at a senior level
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Physically capable of a hands-on role, including lifting luggage
- Valid passport with the ability to travel extensively
- Valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
