A high-profile private family seeks a polished, proactive Junior Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of their primary residence.
- Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time
- Salary: $100,000-$135,000 + Health Stipend
This is the sole management position on-site, responsible for supervising a small household team and ensuring seamless coordination across property operations, maintenance, and service delivery.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and live within a 45-minute commute to Englewood Cliffs. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented opportunity for a detail-driven professional eager to advance within a UHNW household environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the residence, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standard
- Supervise and coordinate household staff including housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds personnel
- Conduct regular property walkthroughs to identify maintenance issues and oversee prompt resolution
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Schedule and supervise repairs, maintenance, and seasonal projects while maintaining detailed logs
- Maintain household manuals, inventories, and digital task systems for consistency and organization
- Manage household budgets, petty cash, and expense reporting with accuracy and transparency
- Coordinate logistics for family schedules, guest arrivals, and household events or gatherings
- Monitor household systems including HVAC, lighting, AV, and smart home platforms
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in all matters
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish with strong English communication skills
- Must live within 45 minutes of Englewood Cliffs, NJ
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting UHNW households or managing private residences
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive management approach
- Exceptional organizational skills with precise attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficient with spreadsheets, task management tools, and household operations software
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform calmly in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, flexible, and solutions-oriented attitude with a strong service mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
- Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check
