A private, service-oriented family is seeking an organized and proactive Traveling Personal Assistant to support their dynamic, global lifestyle.

  • Location: Primarily Manhattan & Greenwich, CT, with travel
  • Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 + Comprehensive Benefits
This role requires a calm, capable professional who anticipates needs before they arise, manages complex logistics with ease, and brings warmth, discretion, and adaptability to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, anticipatory support to the principal and family with professionalism and discretion.
  • Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination across time zones and travel itineraries.
  • Coordinate all travel logistics — private and commercial flights, hotel and villa bookings, ground transportation, luggage handling, packing/unpacking, and on-the-move itinerary adjustments.
  • Maintain and organize travel documentation, including passports, visas, insurance, and global itineraries.
  • Act as a hands-on support while traveling: sourcing specialty items, securing local services, and navigating unfamiliar environments with ease.
  • Oversee daily routines and provide personal assistance with errands, wardrobe organization, shopping, gifting, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Support household operations in collaboration with the broader domestic team to ensure seamless transitions between properties.
  • Assist with the principal's medication regimen and medical supplies, including timely refills and communication with healthcare providers and pharmacies.
  • Prepare for and support informal family dinners, intimate gatherings, or small-scale events as needed.
  • Work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, particularly during travel periods.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in private service, personal/estate support, or luxury hospitality.
  • Proven background in complex travel coordination, including international itineraries and high-end accommodations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-moving environments.
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and absolute discretion.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in calendar management, communication tools, and digital organization systems.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and calm under pressure — able to pivot quickly when plans change.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel extensively without restriction.
  • Valid driver's license (international driving capability preferred).
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and manage the demands of frequent travel.
