About The Role

A private, multigenerational household seeks an exceptional Manny to support children in a high-expectation, fast-paced environment.

• Location: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
• Schedule: Full-Time, High Flexibility (Including evenings, weekends, travel)
• Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 annually

This is a hands-on role for an athletic, emotionally intelligent, and service-oriented professional who brings structure, positivity, and calm leadership to daily routines, activities, and travel.
This is not a standard childcare role. It is an immersive position within a fast-paced private home that requires adaptability, discretion, stamina, and a genuine commitment to excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Support daily routines, schedules, and transitions
• Provide engaging, active, and structured supervision
• Assist with school coordination, activities, and outings
• Travel with the family as needed
• Maintain a calm, organized, and positive environment
• Encourage physical activity and healthy habits
• Model respectful, mature behavior at all times
• Support household flow as needed
• Assist with logistics and day-to-day operations
• Maintain discretion and professionalism
• Remain adaptable to changing schedules
• Communicate clearly with parents and household team

Qualifications

• Background in childcare, education, coaching, or similar
• Athletic, energetic, and emotionally grounded
• Flexible schedule with travel availability
