A private family in Annapolis is ISO a caregiving for their two high-functioning autistic young adults.

• Location: Annapolis, MD
• Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexibility. Weekend and overnight coverage as need
• Compensation: $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience and scope

This role combines caregiving, family assistance, and housekeeping and is ideal for someone seeking a long-term, stable position within a respectful, active household.
During school hours, the role leans more household-focused. As the twins transition out of school, caregiving and personal support become a larger part of the role.

Responsibilities:
- Caregiving support, routines, and engagement
- Transportation to activities and appointments
- Encouraging independence and life skills
- Full housekeeping and home organization
- Light meal prep and household coordination
- Weekend and overnight support when parents travel
- Adapting as household needs evolve

Qualifications:
- Experience in caregiving and private household support
- Autism experience strongly preferred
- Nursing, teaching, or long-term care background a plus
- High emotional intelligence and flexibility
- Valid driver's license and passport
- Comfortable with travel, overnights, and dynamic schedules
