Location Greenwich CT
Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 + Benefits

Searching for a detail-oriented Housekeeper to assist in the daily cleaning, care, and service of their residence. This schedule for this position is Thursdays-Mondays with the flexibility for additional hours as needed. The ideal candidate should be extremely detail-oriented, have strong knowledge of deep cleaning services in addition to primary housekeeping duties, and have a proactive attitude towards keeping the home in pristine order. The candidate should have a collaborative mentality and a positive attitude to working with others.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

General Cleaning & Housekeeping
- Perform daily cleaning and tidying of all rooms, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Conduct regular deep cleaning tasks, including windows, baseboards, upholstery, and high-touch surfaces.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.

Laundry & Wardrobe Care
- Wash, dry, iron, and fold clothing, linens, and towels.
- Handle delicate and specialty fabrics appropriately.
- Organize closets and ensure wardrobe is maintained per principal preferences.

Inventory & Supply Management
- Monitor household supply levels and proactively restock items as needed.
- Source, order, and receive cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other household goods.
- Maintain detailed inventory logs to avoid overstock or shortages.

Household Organization
- Keep household items neatly stored and labeled for easy access.
- Organize cabinets, closets, pantries, and storage areas regularly.
- Assist in seasonal transitions such as rotating wardrobes and décor.

Maintenance Support
- Report repair or maintenance needs to the property manager promptly.
- Assist with vendor access and supervise service providers when required.
- Collaborate with the property manager to ensure all systems (HVAC, plumbing, appliances) are in working order.

Communication & Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with the principals and household team.
- Relay important updates, requests, or concerns clearly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members, including chefs, drivers, and the property manager.

Event & Guest Support
- Assist with event setup, guest preparation, and post-event cleanup when needed.
- Ensure guest areas are clean, stocked, and welcoming.

Light Meal support
- Prepare light meals, snacks or breakfast items as needed for principals.
- Serve meals or beverages in a professional, discreet manner, supporting informal dining or assisting formal service when required.

- Maintain the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Respect the privacy of the principals and their guests.

Flexibility & Can-Do Attitude
- Adapt to changing priorities and last-minute requests with a positive demeanor.
- Take initiative to go above and beyond standard duties when needed.
