This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly attuned to the flow of the household. A major component of the position is assisting with after-dinner support, kitchen and service-area reset, and ensuring the home is left clean, organized, and fully prepared for the following day.

Responsibilities: - Perform detailed housekeeping throughout the residence to an exceptional standard
- Provide hands-on support after dinner, including clearing, resetting, kitchen tidying, dishwashing or dishwasher management, and overall end-of-day cleanup
- Ensure the kitchen, dining, and common areas are fully cleaned, organized, and ready for the next day each evening
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation across bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and service areas
- Handle laundry, ironing, folding, steaming, and general fabric care
- Make beds, refresh linens, and maintain overall household order
- Organize closets, cabinets, pantries, and storage areas as needed
- Monitor household supplies and proactively flag replenishment needs
- Anticipate household needs and address small details before they become issues
- Assist with deeper cleaning and rotational projects as needed
- Work with discretion and professionalism around principals, guests, and any additional staff
Qualifications: - Prior private home housekeeping experience required, ideally in a high-standard or UHNW residence
- Strong service mindset and comfort supporting evening household flow
- Excellent attention to detail with a sharp eye for cleanliness, presentation, and order
- Proactive by nature and able to work independently without constant instruction
- Strong knowledge of laundry, garment care, and proper care of fine furnishings and surfaces
- Polished, professional, and discreet
- Calm, steady, and respectful in a private household environment
- Strong references that speak to trustworthiness, consistency, and standards
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
