The household includes a full-time 24/7 nanny and a small, friendly rescue dog. The principal travels frequently, including extended periods, and requires a housekeeper who can confidently oversee and care for the home during absences.
Responsibilities - Daily cleaning and upkeep of the residence, including floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces
- Deep cleaning as needed (excluding carpet and furniture cleaning)
- Laundry and household organization
- Full management of household and pantry inventory, including cleaning supplies and consumables
- Use of non-toxic, fragrance-free cleaning products only
- Dog walking and light pet care
- Running local errands as needed
- Coordinating and overseeing vendors such as lawn care and pool service
- Preparing the home ahead of the principal's arrivals and overseeing furniture deliveries
- Supporting occasional household events, including staying late for post-event cleanup
- Managing additional cleaning support on larger cleaning days when needed
Qualifications - Prior experience as an Executive or Estate Housekeeper in a private residence
- Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
- Comfortable managing a large home independently
- Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet
- Service-oriented and proactive
- Comfortable working in a non-toxic, fragrance-free household
- Valid driver's license and comfort running errands
- Ability to coordinate vendors and manage household systems
- Flexible to adjust hours occasionally for events or household needs
