Key Responsibilities
Personal & Administrative Support
  • Provide high-level personal support with discretion and professionalism
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and appointments across multiple time zones with staff support
  • Assist in coordinating extensive domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground logistics
  • Ensure all travel documents and arrangements are organized and accessible
  • Handle personal errands, gifting, sourcing, and special requests
Travel & Flight Support
  • Travel alongside the principal to provide real-time, on-the-ground support
  • Deliver elevated in-flight service, including meal and beverage service, cabin readiness, and guest care (commercial or private)
  • Oversee packing/unpacking, wardrobe preparation, and garment care while traveling
  • Ensure seamless transitions between residences, flights, and destinations
Butler & Service Responsibilities
  • Uphold and execute white-glove service standards for the principal and guests
  • Assist with formal and informal service, including table settings, dining service, and hosting support
  • Prepare residences for arrivals, departures, and guest stays, ensuring immaculate presentation
  • Maintain interiors, including fine furnishings, finishes, art, and specialty items
Household Coordination & Operations
  • Liaise with household staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Manage inventories, wardrobe organization, and household supplies
  • Assist with small gatherings and entertaining
General
  • Manage ad-hoc projects and last-minute requests with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times
Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in private service, as a Butler, Assistant, or similar role within UHNW households, luxury hospitality, or yachting
  • Strong background in formal service, etiquette, and guest experience
  • Proven experience supporting heavy domestic and international travel
  • Experience providing in-flight service (private aviation or similar) strongly preferred
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Calm, flexible, and adaptable in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in scheduling and communication tools
  • Physically capable of a hands-on role, including lifting luggage
  • Valid passport with ability to travel internationally without restriction
  • Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the U.S.
