A highly confidential private principal is seeking an experienced
Chief Engineer / Estate Projects Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, property improvements, engineering operations, and vendor management across a luxury residential portfolio.
This is a senior operational leadership position best suited for someone with extensive experience overseeing complex residential properties, capital projects, and construction activities within private estates, luxury residential environments, or high-end hospitality.
The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination between ownership, project teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure projects and property operations are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee active construction, renovation, and property improvement projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, engineers, and specialty vendors.
- Work closely alongside Peak Projects throughout planning and project execution.
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee preventative maintenance and ongoing engineering operations across the properties.
- Ensure residences and supporting infrastructure remain operational, well maintained, and project-ready.
- Coordinate repairs, service providers, inspections, and maintenance vendors.
- Review proposals, scopes of work, and contractor recommendations.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to ownership.
- Maintain high standards of quality, organization, discretion, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Significant experience managing luxury residential properties, estates, or complex residential construction projects.
- Strong understanding of residential construction, engineering systems, and property operations.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple contractors and vendors simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Professional, discreet, and highly service-oriented.
